Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning.
  • Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.   • We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

Policy For

Pickup

  • Once your order is ready, a pick-up notification will be sent to the email listed on the sales order.
  • Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars will hold your order for up to 5 days, free of charge. After the 5th day, we will begin to charge a daily storage fee of $25.00 until the order is picked up.
  • We will hold orders for up to a maximum of 14 business days. If orders are not picked up within 14 business days, the order will be canceled, and a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Our address is 1738 E Alpine Ave, Stockton, CA 95205, and our hours of operation are M-F 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
