Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars will hold your order for up to 5 days, free of charge. After the 5th day, we will begin to charge a daily storage fee of $25.00 until the order is picked up.
We will hold orders for up to a maximum of 14 business days. If orders are not picked up within 14 business days, the order will be canceled, and a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
